Moses and I both love zoos, and conviently, Seattle has a great zoo right in the middle of Fremont. :) So after a fab lunch at the Still Life, we went to check out the zoo. (Moses has been tons of times, but it was all new to me).

I'll have to have Moses refresh my memory on this one. He had down all of the good zoo facts, info about hippos, shortcuts through the land, etc. Go Moses!

Colobos Monekys!
So cute, though so serious looking here. It was kinda gray and chilly... hence the monkey clinging to the space heater...

The Bald Eagle
We got to see a bird show... pretty cool stuff, but kinda nasty all of the dead mice and rodent body parts the woman pulled out of her pockets for the birds...

Looks like a beer ad to me...
Goats are cool, but the babies are much cuter than the old ones...

They always seem so playful... who could argue with an otter?

Tiny owl!
This one winged owl only weighs 8 ounces... it's itty bitty!

Penguins
Droopy always liked the penguins... they are pretty darn cool. :) We'll end today's pictures with them.
