Last weekend I went to two parties that were hosted by friends of Dieter. Sure, I'd met Mike and Val before, at other parties, but it wasn't like I knew them well. Dan was at least one of Dieter's coworkers so I knew him more than Mike and Val. Either way, parties like that can can be kinda ackward, but also kinda fun. Well, this weekend we went to a even more removed party. It was one of those "my exboyfriend's roommate's college buddies from Minnesota live near Aurora and their neighbors were having a party" kind of deal. Well, it's wasn't "kind of." That was the real connection. So, unlike the ones last weekend were I casually knew the hosts, this time I'd never even met them or heard of them. They were just random neighbors of a friend of a friend of a friends. :) I thought it was pretty fun since there were no expectations, but Dieter felt bit bored since he didn't really know the crowd. Anyway, the costumes were entertaining as usual. Friendly crowd! (Too friendly in some cases... the damn Boy Scout guy kept kissing me every time he walked pass... eww!) Anyway, photos below. Enjoy!
